4. OSP process board is also called organic flux film in SMT factory. Because it is an organic matter, not a metal material, it is cheaper than the price of the tin spray process.

It has all the advantages of bare copper plate welding. Even the expired circuit board can be treated again, which is easily affected by acid and humidity. If the storage time is too long for more than three months, the surface treatment must be done again. OSP is an insulating layer, so the test point needs to be printed with solder paste to remove the original OSP layer before contacting the needle point for electrical test.
